Shipping Policy

We make the paçoca at our factory in Bombinhas (SC) and ship it straight from here, by Correios (Brazil's postal service), to all of Brazil.

How much shipping costs

• The cost and delivery time show up at checkout as soon as you enter your CEP (postal code). It's the Correios calculation, based on weight.
• Orders from R$ 200 get free shipping to the South and Southeast (PR, SC, RS, SP, RJ, MG and ES). In other states, the Correios rate applies.

When it ships

• We ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• When the order is shipped, the tracking code arrives in your email. You can follow it on the Track order page.
• The delivery time starts counting from shipment and is the time given by Correios at checkout.

Pick up at the factory

Live nearby? You can pick up at the factory: Rua Leão, 581, José Amândio, Bombinhas/SC. Message us on WhatsApp at (47) 99709-1179 first to set a time.

Delivery address

Check your address carefully before placing the order. If the order comes back because of an incomplete or wrong address, talk to us to arrange reshipping.

When you receive it

Paçoca is food: store it in a cool, dry place, away from the sun. If the box arrives damaged or with something missing, see the Returns and exchanges page.
